I woke up this morning at 6 am to the sound of an unfamiliar but beautiful rendition of a song from the Room with a View soundtrack. ABC Classic is my hosts’ alarm clock, and it was a wonderful way to wake up!
The program played for twenty minutes, and then switched off. The sun was rising in the east, and, I am here for it.
No doubt the same alarm program will wake me tomorrow. I think the experience has made me sleepy tonight.
