I basically have a week of getting tiny snippets of sleep through the night, to catch up on now.
Given the depth of the sleep pressure, after just a tiny repayment of the debt, I get the sense that I am headed for some very deep sleep in these coming days,
It has been challenging being so teary, quiet and frightened, during these past couple of days since I reinstated the 0.5 mg dose of Ozempic, but I suppose it may be a small price to pay for the cognitive benefits of this drug.… Read the rest
